Farmers
Language Selection
Farmers can choose their preferred app language from a list of languages (English, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil) once they have successfully logged in. This occurs only during a fresh download and login; existing users will not be prompted each time.
After selecting the language, farmers will be prompted to provide their name with the pop-up message: "How would you like us to address you?". It’s a mandatory pop up which must be filled to proceed further.

Next, farmers can select the crops they are interested in growing. They can search for crops and add them to their profile based on their preferences.

Note: Crop selections can be updated at any time based on the farmer's changing interests from the side menu.
Reels
Farmers can access reels recommended by the system based on their interactions with the Farminsta app from homepage reels section/reels tab in the footer. The following parameters are used to recommend reels:

Once these parameters are captured, the system suggests relevant reels posted on the platform. Farmers can now access the below reel features:

View, like/unlike, comment on, follow, and share reels.

Farmers can search for reels using the search option, where keywords from the title, description, crop, or category will provide search results.

Access the channel page of the reel, where they can view the channel profile page and analytics such as views, impressions, likes, shares, comments, watch time, total reels, and followers.
Reels Web App
When farmers share any reel with other farmers who doesn’t have farminsta, the reel link, title along with reel preview will be sent on the message and clicking on it opens in browser and shows a pop up asking to see this reel in farminsta app – Open (clicking on redirects to the play store/Appstore for downloading (Clicking on download tracks the number of downloads, which can be fetched through Redash). If app is already present, it opens in the app) and clicking on the browser – continue, gets continued in the same page and pop up disappears.
Now, analytics are not being considered until and unless he is signed up. Sign up form will be shown whenever he is trying to make any interaction with the reels like (Like, share, comment, follow)
If farmer just wants to access the reels, he can use the reels.farminsta.com url to access and to access the relevant channel reels, he needs to download the app and access it from the app.
By clicking farminsta logo on the left corner/ download icon redirects to Appstore/play store for downloading (Clicking on these tracks the number of downloads, which can be fetched through Redash)
For prompting the farmers to download the app, after every third reel he is scrolling we are showcasing the images triggering the download – a 5 images set are being shown in the loop with a download button ((Clicking on download tracks the number of downloads, which can be fetched through Redash).
Service Requests
Farmers can raise service requests by clicking on the "Book Now" option on the home page or the "Create" option in the footer.
Once the form opens, farmers need to provide the crop name from the list of crops, date of sowing using the date picker, and upload an image (either from the gallery or camera). All three fields are mandatory.
After the request is raised, it will be displayed on the homepage for tracking, showing details such as the crop name, the age of the crop (calculated based on the date of sowing), the creation date and time, and the number of Field Officers profiles (FOs) who have accepted the request.
The request will be shared with FOs within a 150 km radius of the farmer's location.

Farmers can cancel the service request before any FO accepts it; after acceptance, this option will no longer be available.

Farmers can view the request details along with information about the FO who accepted the request, including the FO's name, rating, profile picture, chat and call options, location (to see how far away the FO is), and company name.
Once the request is addressed by the FO’s who have accepted the request, farmers can share feedback by rating the FO’s and leaving a comment about their experience before submitting it.
If farmers wish to receive services from other FOs, they can keep the request open. If they are satisfied with the services or no longer require additional suggestions, they can close the request.
Message Inbox
Farmers can access messages from the "Messages" tab in the footer, where companies/FO’s send them requests to share the information about their products.
By clicking on each company name, farmers can accept/reject the request.
If accepted, they can interact with each other and access the chat history between them.
If rejected, the request will disappear.
Join Influencer Community
Here, if any farmer is interested to join the farming community as influencer, they can fill out the form available in the you tab by clicking on the send request button after the profile section, the registration form will have the following details which need to be filled:

Before submitting the request, they must accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy to procced further. It's mandatory for registration.
Post submitting the form, the status will get changed to under review.
Once the form is submitted, Farminsta team reviews the registration form and either approves or rejects the application.
For reviewing the application, Login to Admin portal with the credentials and navigate to channel and click on creator onboardings, select the registration form submitted by the influencer and click on the actions buttons to accept or reject the application.
If rejected, the status will be shown as resend request, farmers can resubmit the registration form and submit for review.
If approved, user will be logged out as farmer, and he has relog in back with the same mobile number to access the influencer mobile interface
Note: Points earned so far will be forfeited.
Loyalty Points
For being a Loyal Farmer for farminsta, it offers the loyalty points for the below parameters:

Farmers can access the summary of their points by clicking on the points displayed at the top of the screen or by selecting the Panel “Coins – View All” from the home page. This will show the total points earned, currently available points (with unlocked points subtracted), unlocked points, and expiring points.
KYC Verification
To redeem points, farmers must complete KYC verification. By clicking on the scroll bar at the top of the "My Coins" page, they will receive a message from Cash free Payments on WhatsApp. By clicking on the link from the message, it redirects to the web browser, and they can validate their Aadhaar number, PAN number, and account details.
Unlocking and Redemption
Once farmers cross 500 points, the points will be automatically unlocked and displayed under the "Unlocked" widget. By clicking on this widget, they will be redirected to the redemption page, where they can enter the number of points they wish to redeem from the available points.
Note: 2.5 coins = 1 rupee, amount will be shown as hint during the redeemption.
Once the redemption request is submitted, Farminsta Team reviews the transaction history from admin panel and approves/rejects the payment. Once approved, the money will be automatically credited to your bank account and the status will be shown as paid. Till then, the status will be shown as pending.
Expiry
Expiring widget shows the number of points that are going to expiry in the next 7 days from the today’s date.
The same page will display the farmer's transaction history, detailing how points were earned and the number of coins accumulated for each transaction, along with the relevant reel details.

Profile section: Farmers can access/update their details like name, profile picture, mobile number (non – editable)

My Crops: Farmers can select the crops they are interested in growing. They can search for crops and add them to their profile based on their preferences.

My Bookings: Farmers can access closed service requests. By clicking on a request, they can see the list of Field Officers (FOs) who addressed it. Clicking on an FO's name opens the chat history related to the request, although further contact through chat or call is not allowed with FO.

Language: This option allows farmers to change or update the app language and preferred reel language from the available list.

Call - Farmers can contact the Farminsta team through a call

Delete Account: If they wish to leave the platform, they can proceed with the "Delete Account" option.
